ITE CAVITY BARRIER

Passive fire protection that ensures ample ventilation of the building and, in the event of fire, instantly stops the flames, reliably seals the ventilated façade cavity and prevents the spread of flames for up to one and a half hours.
This protection has been tested according to EN 1366-4:2006 (also the ASTM2912 direct flame test) and certified as a product with fire resistance classes EI30, EI60 and EI90.
The stainless steel mesh ventilation enclosure ensures free air circulation and, in the event of fire, blocks the passage of fire from the first second.
ITE Cavity Barrier completely blocks the passage of flame at all stages of fire development. The intumescent material expands and seals the ventilation gap in the event of fire.
